The Value of a First Impression

What defines a first experience in a restaurant?

When we return home after trying a restaurant, what memories do we share with the company with whom we shared a meal?

Let's clear up any doubts: the dish is the star of the night, however, just like a business card, the first contact with a restaurant begins immediately with the entrance. The choice of background music starts the seduction of the senses, and it must be carefully selected to never disturb the conversations filling the room, while creating a gentle atmosphere.

We look around at a unique, striking decoration, ultimately defining a unique space, delicately pleasant.
We are greeted by a gentle smile. Warmly and kindly welcomed, we feel at home, or like old friends coming for dinner. Here we encounter the first human element in the experience; so far we have talked about the music, the decoration, but the person who welcomes us is the one who makes us feel as if we were at home, even on our first visit.

Impeccably dressed, in a uniform visible from any point in the room, tasteful, perhaps with a more unique touch, possibly the house crest subtly embroidered.
The arrival at the table shows attention to detail and a passion for perfectionism: a perfectly placed tablecloth, soft to the touch, a plate framed with what is typically served, matching cutlery, and an elegant glass for each guest, beginning to fill the imagination with what is to come.
The menu is handed over and, after some time to reflect, the gentle smile returns, offering a suggestion in case doubt still lingers.

"Have you decided?"
