You can return or exchange your order within 30 days.
1. Request your Exchange or Return
To start the exchange or return request, please click here to access our exchange and return platform and fill in the necessary information, such as your email and order number.
Next, simply indicate which process you want to start, exchange or return, and state the reason. In the case of an exchange, you must also specify which new product you wish to receive. Finally, just follow the indicated steps and complete the process.
2. Product Shipping
The cost and responsibility of shipping is always borne by the customer.
When placing the request on the platform, you will be given the address of our facilities to which you should send the product.
Please do not return any product to our facilities without first requesting an exchange or return on our platform.
3. Product Condition
You must return the product in the same condition it was delivered. The product must be sent in its original packaging or bag with the respective copy of the invoice inside. Exchanges/returns are not accepted for items that have been altered, washed, used, or damaged in any way due to misuse.
4. Order Condition Verification
After receiving the product at our facilities, we will proceed to verify it. If it is in normal condition, we will proceed with the refund.
5. Refund Procedure
After processing the return, we will initiate your refund through the same method used for the purchase. This process may take up to 8 days.
